Hi my name is Paige Perkins and I am an interdisciplinary artist and fashion designer. Specializing in craft and bridalwear I focus on the sustainability and longevity of garments and accessories. Working primarily with found and repurposed materials, my work pushes the boundaries of each garment's life cycle. In addition to sustainability, I explore themes of Black culture and identity, creating garments and accessories informed by research and storytelling. My goal is to create conversations, memories, and new perspectives by highlighting and celebrating nuanced histories and lived experiences with my work.

I am a May 2024 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts with a BFA in Fashion Design. While my focus and experience are in fashion design, I incorporate, craft, education, and fine arts into my practice as well.
